CDB Leasing’s solely owned subsidiaries are intending to sell following 2 Platform Supply Vessels

CDB Leasing's solely owned subsidiaries are intending to sell 2 platform supply vessels which are constructed by Nantong Rainbow Offshore & Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd and Nantong CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd. respectively, with expected deliveries in the first quarter and the second quarter of 2026. The two vessels are currently under construction. Their transfer to the Buyer will be executed on a back-to-back basis under a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), following their delivery from the shipyard to CDB Leasing’s solely owned subsidiaries. The proposed sale will be subject to a competitive bid process and sale currency is US Dollars. The vessels may be sold individually or en-bloc.
